Preview:I am trying to trace my great grandfather Thomas PARKER, who I believe lived in Shoreham between approx. 1850 and 1920. He is a mystery as he does not appear on any census for the years within this timeframe. I know that he had died by 1920 when his son Albert PARKER married. We also glean from Albert's marriage certificate that Thomas was a Lieutenant in the 20th Hussars. But there is no trace of him in Army records.
