Preview:Many people have family heirlooms, some very valuable, some centuries old. I cannot claim such distinctions but I do rather treasure an old photograph taken about 1885 or so of my great grandfather Harry ADAMS with a pony standing by the water wheel at Saddlescombe near Poynings, Sussex.
