Martha Drew was born 1600 the daughter of Bradshaw Drew whose home was the Manor of Densworth in East Ashling, a tithing in the parish of Funtington. Martha married into the Gunter family of Sir George Gunter, the Norton family of Charlton and finally Robert Gordon, Viscount Kenmure and Lord Lochinvar. Martha had five children, all of them by her second husband Gregory Norton
