Preview:Sir Thomas Teddeman, the son of Thomas Teddeman of a family of ship owners in Dover, was the foremost naval leader of his day. As Vice-Admiral he was involved in the defeat of the Spanish Armada. Sir Thomas Teddeman died in May 1668.
