Apse Norman, remainder 1866-90 - Nairn & Pevsner (546-7); tower rebuilt 1864; for a South-East view see Godfrey & Salzman (Pl. 89); condition reported as fine in 1724 (Ford 126); in part, an estate church for nearby Ockley park, held by the Luxfords in the late 17th century, although the lords of Ockley also buried at Clayton; 148 A-B are in the bell-tower, adjacent to the Ockley Vault.

- c.215(W) x c.155(H)~Locally poor (frame).
- A large freestone frame; straight cornice and base mouldings; M.I. on grey rectangular marble tablet (engraved, black) in 2 columns, left filled, right 50%.
- James Wood, called Jnr, buried 25 Jul 1757; James Wood, buried 17 Oct 1759; Mary Wood, buried 6 Aug 1826, aet 19; and further members of the Wood and Packham family.

- 76(W) x 59(H)~Fine; faded.
- M.I. (10 lines, engraved, black) on unframed rectangular grey marble tablet; on a black rectangular baseplate; unsigned.
