- A white marble cartouche; M.I. (17 lines, engraved, black) below a shield of arms supported by 2 putti and more arms below, resting on a cherub; on top, a fluted, decorated urn; surround decorated with drapery and foliage.
- Lady Barbara Thomas d. 25 Oct 1697, aet 56; daughter of Sir Herbert Springett, Bart., of Sussex; and wife of Sir William Thomas, Bart.
