-  In off-white marble; tabernacle of three 'pages' on a black base; cornice over; below, basement and a shelf; M.I. (left) - 3 engraved verses; M.I. (centre): beneath a pointed pediment - biography; M.I. (right) - 3 verses; signed (lower left): 'M.VIDLER. SC. HASTINGS'.

-  Edmund Cartwright, D.D. F.R.S., poet, formerly fellow of Magdalen College, Oxford, rector of Goadby Marwood, Leicestershire and prebendary of Lincoln, 24 Apr 1743 - 30 Oct 1823; monument erected by his widow, Susanna.
