- Above, in semi-relief against a brown marble base, a draped female mourns at an urn; below, M.I. (18 lines), including rhyming verse, on a panel with cornice and base mouldings; decorated panels to sides; below, brackets decorative with acanthus; on apron, heraldry, foliage and swags of looping material; signed (on left bracket): 'C.Regnart Fecit Cleavland St' and (right) 'Fitzroy Square London'.
