Sir Francis d'Oyly, K.C.B., 1st Regiment of Foot Guards, service in Holland, Peninsula War, etc., died at Waterloo, 18 Jun 1815, aet 38; third son of Matthias d'Oyly; also his mother, Mary d. 13 Aug 1827, aet 76; also his brother, second son of Matthias d'Oyly, Sir John d'Oyly, Bart., died at Kandy, Ceylon, 25 May 1824, aet 49.
