- c.80(W) x 109(H)~Very good; faded, local loss (upper right).
- A flat, moulded cornice; below, M.I. (7+6 lines, engraved) on an unframed panel; below, base mouldings and 2 small corbels with low relief acanthus decorative.
- William Mortimer, d. 24 Aug 1808, aet 27; fifth son of Charles Smith and Elizabeth Mortimer; also their sixth son, Herbert Mortimer, sailor (East India Co.), died circa 5 Sep 1810, aet 25, lost at sea off the coast of China.
