- Close in design to 119E; on top, achievement on pedestal; cornice; M.I. (13 lines, engraved, gilded) on a black oval panel, on a rectangular white marble base; narrow base moulding; 2 corbels with roundel decoration; between, crossed fern decoration (now lost); below, decorated centred corbel.
- Odiarne Hooper, M.A., 'faithful and truly pastoral vicar' of Hailsham for 46 years, d. 29 Aug 1769, aet 68, buried Beckley.
