- Prominent coloured arms on a large hood; flaming lamp in relief; below, a white rectangular tablet on a grey sarcophagal form; large base mould; below, large scrolled brackets; between them, another panel with M.I.
- Horatio Martelli, Esq., d. 28 Dec 1817; survived by his wife and 8 children.
