164A Mural monument for Mary BRETT, d. 1750 and Mary BRIDGEN, d. 1764

-  North aisle, facing West, high up.

-  Inaccessible~Very good.

-  A white marble tablet set portrait-wise; M.I. (12 lines, engraved, black) in upper 50%; narrow black border; Doric pilasters flanking, set forward; above, cornice then broken pointed pediment with globular urn in centre; below, a base moulding, 2 black scrolled brackets and a blank curved apron.

-  Mary Brett, widow, of Lindfield, d. 1 May 1750, aet 69; also, Mary Bridgen, d. 26 Jul 1764, aet 59, widow of Rev. William Bridgen, A.M., rector of Folkington and West Dean.
