-  M.I. (engraved, black) fills trapezoidal white marble tablet; grey slate baseplate; below, a thick squared base moulding; above, pointed pediment; blank quartered palmettes flanking; signed (lower right): 'BROWNE / & Co / LONDON'.

-  Philadelphia Godfrey, 5 Dec 1750 (St. Austle [sic], Cornwall) - 27 Apr 1807 (Islington, Middlesex); eldest daughter of George Baker, Esq. and Mary; her brother, Michael Baker, Esq., co-heir of the Lower House, Mayfield; Philadelphia was the wife of William Elsley, Esq., of Jamaica; issue - 1 son, unnamed; and then the wife of Henry Godfrey, Esq., of London: issue - 1 son, 3 daughters.
