-  M.I. (engraved) fills white marble tablet against grey-veined backplate; above, pink moulded cornice and escutcheon; below, base mouldings; then an ornamental baseplate; another escutcheon.

-  John Baker, Esq., of Stoneland, Sussex, d. 11 Oct 1688, aet 58; his wife, Dorothea, daughter of John Baker, Esq., of Mayfield Place; their issue - John (d. 11 Nov 1667, aet 4), Charles (d. 8 Sep 1685, aet 20), Elizabeth (d. an infant), John (d. an infant), John (d. an infant), Richard (d. an infant), Mary (d. an infant), Robert, George, John, Dorothea, Elizabeth and Marthanna.
