177A Mural monument for Thomas HICKES, d. 1736

-  Nave, North wall, nearly opposite the South door.

-  c.85(W) x 140(H)~Fading.

-  An elaborate achievement surmounts a flat cornice, supported on coloured pilasters and moulded capitals with rosette decorations; in the centre, an arched, flat M.I. (13 lines, engraved, black); brown-red hardstone pilasters flanking; below, a base moulding and an ornamental apron in grey marble.
