195D Mural monument for John PAINE ('the Second'), d. 1805

-  Chancel South wall, South-East corner, above head height.

-  88(W) x 154(H)~Good.

-  A dark grey rectangular frame set portrait-wise; within this, a yellow border, then a rectangular grey marble panel with M.I. (many lines); all resting on 2 small corbels with a decorated apron and an escutcheon (now blank); signed (on baseplate, lower right) 'WILLIAMS / BRIGHTON'.

-  John Paine, Esq., d. 8 Oct 1805, aet 56; his wife, Grace, d. 6 Feb 1851, aet 93, late the widow of John Hoper, Esq.; her unnamed son.
