- Above, a black baseplate in obelisk form; in centre, grey marble flaming urn in relief on a cornice; M.I. (10 lines, engraved) fills upper 80% of an unframed tablet; undulating lower contour with small corbels and panel of arms.
- Thomas Holford, Gent., of The Friars, Winchelsea, d. 15 Nov 1780, aet 35; his issue - Catherine, Frances and William Howard (all died as infants); Thomas Holford, Lieutenant in 21st Regiment of Foot, died abroad, 3 Sep 1795, aet 20.
