-  M.I. (33 lines, engraved, centred, black) on a white marble panel, set landscape-wise; base with 2 scrolled corbels; above, a plain frieze then a pointed pediment with scrolled ends; arms.

-  John Luxford, Esq., of Higham, JP, etc., 9 Dec 1756 - 17 Mar 1838; his wife, Catherine Sarah, d. Apr 1861, aged 87; their issue - eldest daughter, Catherine Frances, 28 Mar 1803 - 30 Apr 1830; second daughter, Elizabeth Anne, 23 Jul 1805 - 30 Jan 1846, died at Madeira, buried Madeira; elder son, John Odiarne, 23 Nov 1808 - 14 Apr 1880; third daughter, Harriet Jane, 28 May 1812 - 28 Nov 1825, died at Boulogne-sur-Mer, buried Peasmarsh; and Lydia Mary, d. 30 Jun 1883, wife of Thomas Foljambe, of Acomb, Yorkshire.
