244D Mural Monument for Elizabeth SCRASE, d. 1732

-  Arms painted on a lozenge on a white marble mount, resting on a black unframed oval panel; M.I. (engraved); below, a decorated white marble corbel with another (metal) escutcheon on a hard stone ball finial; signed (lower right): 'HARGRAVES LEWES'.

-  Elizabeth Scrase, d. 17 Aug 1732, aged 43, daughter of Charles Harison, Esq., and Catherine, of Lewes; widow of William Scrase, buried at Brighton; and brother of Charles Harison, Esq., of Sutton; her son, Henry, d. 23 May 1793, aged 68.
