-  A heavy dark grey cornice; scrolled apron; heavy gadrooned base moulding; in centre, moulded corbel; moulded frame in mid grey; whitened lettering on black tablet; no heraldry.

-  John Shelley, of Fenn Place, Worth, Esq., born Wolfs-Hill, West Chiltington, 27 Jan 1666, d. 4 Feb 1739; son of Timothy Shelley, Gent., and Catharine, daughter of Edward Michell of Stammerham, Esq.; his wife, Hellen, 16 Apr 1667 - 10 Feb 1742, daughter of Roger Bysshe, Esq., of Fenn Place; their issue - 9 children.
